Mixed Level:1 private session required or 1 Reformer Fundamentals class Sundays at noon or prior experience. Ask your trainer if you are ready for Mixed Level classes.
Int/Adv Level: 20 hours or more.
Slowburn Reformer: Ellie Herman’s newest evolution and because its SLOW and done on a VERY LIGHT SPRING it is safe and forces you to find your core and organize your body like no body’s business. 1 private session required.
FastBurn Reformer: Looking to speed up your metabolism or just get a little more low impact cardio and strength training? This class utilizes the Jumpboard on the Reformer, props and light weights to get your heart rate up and tone muscles all over.
