Kesa Huey is a Pilates teacher, dancer, and mom who lives and works in Brooklyn. She has been practicing Pilates for over twenty years. Looking for ways to stay healthy and strong, whether as a performer or a parent, she always winds around to more Pilates. Kesa first trained with Gail Anderson at Balance Within Pilates outside Seattle, then with Rachel Tudor (BASI). After moving to New York, she furthered her Pilates studies with Pamela Pietro, Lana Halvorsen, and Ellie Herman. Kesa is certified by Ellie Herman, and currently teaches at her studios as a Master Trainer.
