Wondering how to begin your Pilates Journey? You have 3 choices…

  1. Private sessions

Private sessions are the best way to be introduced to Pilates equipment and Pilates concepts. You will be taught basic alignment, core activation and most importantly you will get an assessment on your body. Private sessions are required for anyone with chronic pain and injuries. Want to get to know our trainers? Click here. And click here to book your first private session.

2. Reformer Fundamentals Class

If you are interested in working with the Pilates Reformer, or are curious about this most popular piece of Pilates equipment, you are not required to do a Private Session but we do ask that you take the Reformer Fundamentals Class Sunday at Noon or the Pilates for Everybody class Tuesdays & Fridays at 11am. You only need to take one class but you can go as many times as like! Ask the instructor if they feel you are ready to join a Mixed Level Class.

3. Springboard, Spring-Barre, and Barre Classes

The “non-reformer” ( Springboard, Ellie Herman Method) classes do not require any prerequisites. They are all mixed-level and everyone is welcome! The Pilates Springboard was invented by Ellie herself and is a dynamic spring-based piece of equipment.
