Mat/Spring/Reformer Classes

Our classes combine Pilates Mat with Springboard and Reformer work. Generally classes will be split evenly with 20 minutes on each piece of equipment. Sometimes a teacher may choose to spend more time on one of the pieces of equipment to focus on a particular concept or flow. All Classes are 55 minutes, and are limited to 5 people.

Classes: Drop-in or Pre-register? We offer Drop-in for any classes that have space. In order to guarantee yourself a spot in an ongoing class, pre-register!

8-week Class Series with Pre-Registration Rules: our classes run on an 8-week cycle, meeting once a week. Pre-registration is the most affordable option, but if you sign up for an 8-week series, you are committing to the full 8 weeks. There are no substitutions or make-ups. We do have a “give a class, take a class” binder at the front desk, so if you know in advance (more than 24 hours) that you won’t be able to make a class, you can offer it up in the binder, and take another class offered by someone else.

Why do we have Pre-Registration? Because we have limited capacity for our classes (5 people max), we offer clients a guaranteed spot in their class. If your schedule does not allow for this kind of commitment, we offer Drop-in discount cards.

New Class Students!
In order to keep our classes consistent with people at the correct level, we require an initial intake session before registering for a class. At that time the teacher will recommend an appropriate class level, or may suggest continuing with private sessions before joining a class.
