Designed by Ellie Herman, the Pilates Springboard represents the two vertical sides of the Pilates Cadillac. Take squats, lunges, core work, and your upper-body workout to the next level. The Springboard is the perfect way to get a full-body resistance workout. 


The most famous piece of Pilates equipment, the mighty Reformer is the famed system of springs, pulleys, bars, and straps used to perform over 500 exercises. The versatility of the Reformer allows for a myriad of modifications for beginning, advanced, and every client in between. 


Barre Brooklyn is a smart a mix of functional exercises combining Pilates Mat and Springboard sequences, squats, lunges, planks, and basic dance moves that build cardio and tone your body fast. You will leave  feeling powerful and looking good in your shorts.
