New Fall Classes at the Annex!
Pilates BURST Tue & Thur 7pm, Fri 12pm with Ellie Herman, Mon 6pm with Liese Schneider. Designed by Ellie Herman, this is one stop shop class combines the best of Pilates Mat, Springboard, Old School Fitness, Physioball and Jump Rope. Short Cardio bursts intertwined with strengthening and lengthening and all that good Pilates stuff!
Pilates for Athletes, Injured & Tight People Thur 8pm with Ellie Herman. Designed by Ellie Herman, this class will focus on how to keep the body balanced and well tuned to prevent and heal injuries and improve performance. First we will roll out the muscles and fascia of the IT Band, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Glutes followed by Pilates exercises on the Mat & Springboard to stretch and lengthen the spine and reintegrate the newly released muscles.
Basic Yoga for Runners Sun 5pm with Anna Sheinman. Most runners developed subtle, but potentially harmful, imbalances in the way their feet hit the ground and the way they maintain their alignment throughout their stride. Yoga can restore these instabilities allowing the runner to experience a more agile and much safer workout.
Vinyasa Yoga Sat 3:45pm More great Yoga Flow!
