Postural Assessment is a key skill for all body workers. This workshop will help train your eye to see how the bones stack up against gravity and relate to each other, see where the tissues of the body get stuck, creating imbalances.
Devona Cartier
Devona is a Senior Trainer and Rehabilitation Specialist at Ellie Herman Studio. In addition to her formal Pilates training, she has studied extensively with Tom Myers and his Anatomy Trains and is certified in Yamuna Body Rolling.
