World Class Pilates Instruction in Oakland. We have Mat/Spring/Reformer Classes daily, Pilates Certification with Ellie Herman in Oakland starting in September, 8-week Pilates Boot Camp, private sessions, rehabilitation and massage. Amie Castaldo, former manager of the Brooklyn Pilates studio, moved out from NY to run the studio. Good Luck, Amie!
