Pilates Style Conference in NYC August 7-9th

I’ll be teaching at this fantastic conference in the heat of the summer. Luckily it’s held at the air conditioned Hilton. Balanced Body is sponsoring me to teach “Push Pull and Squeeze Mat Class” 7:30am Wed and Thur, Aug 8-9.
