August Pilates Teacher Training in San Francisco

But the hottest summer I ever spent was in New York, so I’m actually looking forward to the natural air conditioning known as San Francisco wind.

For anyone wanting a super-condensed teacher training, I will be teaching a 20 day complete Pilates certification program in SF the last three weeks of August. You must be in good shape, so check in at any studio for an audition and prerequisites.
